just take off the steering wheel and move it one bolt to the right and it will be straight by the looks of it...

Have a closer look, that will make the wheel the same distance out in the other direction, as there is no bolt hole in the top center of the wheel and the bolt hole is in the top center of the boss kit.
You will have to remove the boss kit off of the steering shaft spline and move it over a couple of splines till it centers.

Has potential for the price you picked it up for. But the engine definitely does not sound too healthy.

Don't know how the FTO's pull as an auto, but if its anything like the autobox in a lancer, absolutely upgrade to manual!
