It's an encapsulated tin foil area.
The hat only provided so much protection, and ended up doing a number on my hair... kinda like Fraz.

On a long weekend my mate got pulled over by just normal police, one of his P plates fell off. They let him off but if it was a highway patrol, he'd have lost his license for 3 months

They could have seen it come off, highway patrol would do the same thing as long as you don't be a smartass towards them.
