EOI - FTO Ute for sale

Post by dstocks »

Ive decided that ive got too many projects waiting in the wings so the FTO Ute will have to go. I want to make some room in the shed and even if I was to finish the ute, its not going to be any real benefit as the property is too small for it to be useful. I guess its possible that it could be engineered to be road registered, but im not really interested in going down that path. So, it has to go one way or another.

Im guessing that noone is going to be interested, but thought id put it out there just in case. If I dont get any takers, ill end up parting it out I think. Ill take 2K for it as is. Its just had a new engine put in that has done about 130K. Could use some injector cleaner and some fresh fuel, but is running.

Please note that the car has not been registered for 3 or 4 years and its questionable as to weather it could ever be registered as a ute. Would certainly have to be engineered first.

For those that havent seen pictures here are a couple:

These were taken early on in the piece:

please Note, does not include Kaze Fenders. It now has stock fenders.

Currently heater core needs changing (happy to hlp with that) and there is no aircon condensor or compressor. Other than that pretty much everything is there (although a bit rough in places). Happy to provide some help if anyone wants to take over.

Anyway, will give it a few weeks and if no interest, will start dismantling

It would be good to see it finished even if it's just for car shows.
    Good luck with it mate.

T'is a pity, but as said, understandable.

If I had the room I'd take it on, but I also have enough on my own platter.

Ill worry about parting it out when a couple of weeks are up (and will put up another post). For now just selling as a project and hoping someone will want to continue with it.
