Well the good news is the stuff you have listed can be shipped over from japan by our VP Dstocks at a good price :D . He can also get 2nd hand stuff as well.
I would say he will pop up soon in this thread :D .

I can help with the console. You may have to save for a little while, but I keep them in stock, so when you are ready, ill have one. With the locks, is it the locks themselves or the central locking that isnt working? If its the central locking, you can get kits from Jaycar to replace the existing units (which occasionally fail)

Oh and welcome back to the club!

Stereo Surround is $220 (Genuine Brand New) (Mitsubishi Australia charge over $400). This is the bit that goes around the gear shifter and the stereo.

Floor console is $140 (Genuine brand new). This is the bit the stereo surround clips into.

Be wary of the 2nd hand ones. They are usually quite brittle and there is a good chance youll break it trying to get it in place. Having said that, if you can find one for less than $100 it might be worth a shot. Have sold over 80 of each of the parts above now though and never heard of one of the new ones breaking to date.

You may also be interested in this one next year (Bonfire 2013). Is a trek for you, but you wouldnt be the first SA member to do it. Usually get about 20 FTO's (plus extras) from all over the country.
