Anyone got the tech support disc I could borrow or buy off them?

I've got it on CD too if there's a problem with that.
But the cable is generally the problem as you can't use a normal USB, there are a few guides around on how to make one but I never managed it, got one from here instead and it's working fine http://giff-tech.co.uk/

every download I try doesnt seem to be working or even able to install, I will get cable easy enough or make my own would you be able to make a copy and send me one of the CD?
