just paid 60 not so long ago for 5litres of the same stuff but penrite - matt wanted the swaree fully synth sh*t so i ended up with a few spare bottles.

Is this oil ideal for a 5speed manual with viscous LSD? or do you recommend something different?

It's fine for that.

The viscous section of your LSD is sealed & uses it own supply of lubricant.
