2.5mm toe out on the rear would see you oversteering all over the place.

On a front wheel drive you generally run toe out on the front and toe in on the rear.

Maybe their +2.5 is +2.5mm in?

I have rear axle previous values LH &RH +3.6mm final values LH & RH +2.5mm

Yeah I think + values must be toe in. In which case about what I would expect ;)

Edit: Although I run more toe out on the front.

Toe out in the rear is good on slow speed, tight tracks.
Also I am thinking that 2.5mm is total toe out, rather than each wheel.

I think you should run more camber as well at the front.
And are you sure the castor is right? I thought stock was about 3 degrees?
