What device are you using to read the card?
And what error is it producing.

Hey ZFL45H1,
Can you open/access the SD card in windows
If yes,
1.open it
2.click organise (top of window)
3.click folder and search options
4.click "view" tab
5.in "advance settings" click show hidden files and folders
6.click "apply"
7.delete all the files on SD card (in window)
8.Repeat steps 1-4
9.click do not show hidden files and folders
10.click "apply"
11.format SD card

If no,
1.Open "My Computer"
2.right click on SD Card
3.Click properties
4.Click "tools" tab
5.click "check now" in error-checking
6.when error-checking finished attempt to format SD card

Good Luck :D

If you can't get it to work via the above suggestions or using a different device to read the card then return it to where you bought it from.
