So I got a couple of quotes for both my project engine and fraz' NX engine (quotes for a cylinder head reco) from a place called Duncan Foster in Moorebank. They were as follows -
6A12 - Pressure test, full service (on the heads I assume... he didnt actually state?) was $780
SR20 - Service hydraulic head - $360
(Quote from the bloke) - "GTI-R head solid tappet $650"
Do these seem like reasonable prices? Ive heard they do good work over there
Cheers
