Injector sizing and power claims

Post by spetz »

Hi guys,

How does the 6A12 make 200hp with 166cc injectors when online injector calculators contradict this?

Yes the input was X6.
The only thing I can think of is that 200hp is sort of "pseudo hp" as it relies on rpm rather than torque to get that figure, hence the small injectors

In regards to injector sizing and power, MIVEC or not does not make a difference
