EL Glow Dials
First it started to work sometimes and sometimes it didn't but now it has just completed stopped working.
I checked most of the fuses not sure what could cause it to stop working
the dial that i have is the one in this image http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mitsubishi-F ... 500wt_1268
any help would be appreciated and i don't know how to use a multimeter lol

Yup, would be the inverter. You can buy them off eBay for a couple of dollars.
Just search for "EL Inverter"

Re: EL Glow Dials
Would you be able to find the EL inverter and take a photo of it?
Just take out the cluster and follow the wires.
To install it, it's just unplug the old one and plug in the new one.
