Hi all :)

Post by XenaP »

Hi, my name is Lee and I'm a smiley addict. No wait, that's a whole other forum. Let me try that again.....

Hi, my name is Lee and I'm the VERY proud owner of a new FTO. Purchased only 4 days ago so the afterglow is yet to wear off
Details you say? The car ... 1995 Imperial Red GR manual with full Veilside (shoosh you haters in the back!) bodykit. I was always going to get a Supra until I saw this little thing and simply fell in love :) All thoughts of any other car just flew away. Dramatic? Me? Noooooooo. I am an 'artiste' hahahaha Also a smidge crazy :geny: You'll all be sick of me soon enough! You'll at least be sick of my extreme overuse of smileys. I did mention I was an addict right :?:
I'm a single mum of 3 boys, all of whom have flown the coop. My 19 y/o -Travis- tells me I'm having a mid-life crisis with this car. I told him only men have those  BUT if by buying a car because I love it instead of it being what I need or because it's economical or whatever other sensible reason there is means I'm having a mid-life crisis, then by all means I'm having a mid-life crisis :D
So, I'm a 43 year old women, heavy tattooed and pierced, and used to people staring at me. But the sheer amount of people who look now, obviously at the car, is amazing. Of course the giant cannon (shoosh the rest of you haters in the corner over there) does not help 8O I am thinking of taking it to the local exhaust guys and maybe toning it down a little before the coppers get bored and pull me for being the only awesome car in the area

Anyway I should shut the hell up. I'm sure I'll be back with lots of questions. I've been lurking on the forum for weeks now, learning SO much stuff! I even got stuck into restoring the headlights today :thumleft:

BTW If any of you know anyone who is interested in purchasing a 1998 Daihatsu Sirion with low kms, let me know. I no longer have any use for her ;)
