Front & Rear Caliper Rebuild Kits
Hey
Just wondering where would I purchase Front and Rear Caliper Rebuild Kits for a GPX?
Has anyone rebuilt there's before?

The reason they ask for your VIN is because you can just ask them what parts you need without knowing the part number and they will look them up for you.

But where are they getting the parts from?

Direct from Mitsubishi. They're genuine Mitsubishi parts.

Your VIN number actually contains all the options for your car - same as I was to look your car up on CAPS / ASA. It tells me its a GPX, its a manual, the paint code, whether it has air bags, traction control, LSD etc and as such, gives out the correct part number for everything on your car. As there were slight variations & refinements made to various parts over the production run, this way they know exactly what was put in your car & what the replacement part numbers are.
For example, what brake calipers are on your car & the exact seals that go with that caliper...

Re: Front & Rear Caliper Rebuild Kits
Should calipers be rebuilt for good measure, or is it a matter of once they leak, time to rebuild?
