Even better, go talk to the local ALDI - they crush a few hundred boxes a day - and if you catch em on the day they get their specials, then they have a tonne of huge boxes too that theyd be more than happy to give

That is the plan, my misses works at Coles and I can get them from the stores at council.
I just thought I would see if I could get uniformed size moving boxes as it would be easier to fill the truck.

The thing i hate worst on my job is when we have a whole house full of different sized boxes! it will save a lot of time in the end if they are packed properly and are the same size! trust me lol most removalists just end up getting angry with different sized boxes and start throwing them and not caring! myself not included! hahaha

When we moved from Melbourne, we picked up most of the boxes from Bunnings for free. They usually stack them beside the entrance.

My local Bunnings cuts all the top flaps off of their boxes before putting them out front so people don't take them for moving boxes.

haha that sounds so dodgy. We usually got ours from Bunnings which were pretty good. We went to one of them however and we were "limited" to 2 boxes :\ (we took more, of course)
