ABS Sensor Damaged?

Post by silverGPX »

For a while there I had my ABS Sensors hanging freely as I had the wrong knuckles in.

Since then I've rectified this situation.

However, My ABS light is still on.

The tips of the abs sensors while hanging freely were ziptied around my coilovers, but seemed to be held there anyways. (Magnetized)

Could this have possibly of damaged them?

If so does anyone have any I could purchase from them?

Got any grease or sh*t on them from the a split CV boot? They'll throw a light when that happens.

Check the error code thread as well, there are ABS error codes you can read from the ECU that might give you a hint as to what's causing it.

I've got some spare sensors at home, if you want to try swapping one out.
