Great stuff Dwayne.
Did you consider starting from a big piece of foam and trimming/shaping it to size or do you think this is too much effort and impossible to do without experience?

You could start with a big piece, but there is metal in it, so you are restricted somewhat there. In my case, I was looking at a quick fix. You could spend much more time shaping and getting it right than I did.
