Was basing it on failing with the first guard.
Bloody semantics, should have known youd go there. Could still argue, but noone would win, so im just going to say "you're wrong" (on so many levels) and leave it at that :P .

I did mine, split the paint a bit on the rear, but under the arch you cant see it, fronts are so so easy to do.

Main thing you have to remember is to heat the paint with a heat gun as you do it. But as has been said, if you aren't confident in doing it, take it to a shop.

yeah i did with a heatgun, but i didnt heat it enough :(

Hey Ben, been thinking of getting one of these myself, have you done many with yours? What's the quality of it like?
I've read that the eBay ones strip the threads after a couple of guards. Could be older ebay ones though.

Did the job for me. Its pretty heavy duty. You also get little angled washers with so you're not winding wheel nuts up to a flat surface.
