They are probably still making them. I'd worry in 2 weeks.

Alright they got back to me,because of Christmas they're all busy and such so everything's delayed, no ETA on the wings but said the factory has been pressured to hurry up and they'll let me know as soon as it's all ready.
Bummer.

I'm so fed up with this.. :(
They've finished making them and are trying to quote me shipping prices...not that shipping costs were on the invoice already or anything. We've already paid their fee.
Plus customs duty...which they said wouldn't be applicable but now magically is.
They think that going with express freight (like $1500) will be cheaper for us (skips tax apparently).

I'll have to suss it properly after work but they're screwing us over. I'm so angry. I'll be asking for a refund if that's the case, we didn't sign up for this.

I'll do my best to sort something..

err....
a vendor does not pay customs duty... the buyer does..to the AU Customs Department, if and when contacted. Did you pay them customs duty for the goods to them? Unless a country has export duty on a good, they don't charge any customs etc...and if a country does charge export duty, then the invoice should mention that. And carbon fiber spoilers don't think attract any sort of export fees afaik :\

I know they don't, but they're telling me it would be about 200 for Aus and 200 for NZ, as a warning from DHL or someone... I don't entirely understand what they're trying to tell me..which is why I need clarification from them. Doesn't help when they're non-English if you know what I mean.
But from what I can gather, they want to slug us again.
