Hey mate
Welcome to the club

Nice fto you have there (:

Do you need a rwc do you?
First things I can see is make sure that pod filter is connected to the body and doesnt move around, an airbo or shield may be a good idea
And check those brakes (:

But for a first car its nice
My gpx was my first car too lol

Oh really? Is it a stock one or a aftermarket one?

You won't find a stock one anywhere but Mitsubishi or Amayama. And will cost way too much.

Hence why most people buy aftermarket.

Yeah get the pump from supercheap or even repco if your member or can get trade prices
And make sure you do the previously mentioned timing belt
But make sure you ask for a timing belt kit and water pump otgerwise ull get a pumt and a belt lol

Yes its a bitch but if you know what your doing its not difficult
Just remember to check all your teeth match up
Check like TEN times, atleast haha

It's not so much the task that's difficult. It's just a pain in the ass with the amount of room available with the engine in the car.

G'Day Chebus, WTTC :D

Looks like you have got a bit of fun ahead.

Just a thought Vectose....
Remember when we did your timing belt and found one of your cam pulleys to be out by a tooth, so we corrected that with the new belt...
"Yes Phil"
Maybe this is the cause of your random tap noise.....Maybe the rear pulley wants to be one tooth to the rear of the car.
"Hmmmm, good point there Phil, what made you think of that after all this time"
I dunno, just came to me

Either that or you need to run to the shops to re-supply.

Timing belt kit should come with the idler pulley, tensioner, belt and seals.

Water pump comes with the required gasket, you will also need to apply a high temp sealant to both sides of the gasket.
