Oil Cooler and Filter Relocation
So there were a few people interested in my kit for sale so I figured I'd put up a few pictures for anyone who wants to make up their own kit.
The cooler is a standard 19row. You could probably go slightly bigger if you wanted. I made the brackets out of alloy sheet from Bunnings. I made up templates first out of stiff cardboard to make sure I had them right before cutting and bending the alloy. The filter relocation adapter can be bought off eBay. Just make sure you get the right thread (pretty sure it's M20x1.5 but best to confirm this yourself). These kits sometimes also come with hose and fittings. Then once the cooler and relocation fittings are mounted, you just need to have your oil lines made up or make them up yourself. Mine are from Enzed from memory, but any hydraulic or performance hose shop should be able to make these up for you, or buy the fittings and hose and make them yourself (ie speedflow, etc).

Re: Oil Cooler and Filter Relocation
Up to you. I deliberately fitted it upside down so when I did oil changes it was easy to drain the cooler and the lines.silverGPX wrote:Would u recommend flipping it up the other way so pipes are on top? Would that be easy
The brackets would need modifying. Hoses may need modifying also.

Re: Oil Cooler and Filter Relocation
I never measured it. Wouldn't be more than a couple of hundred ml. Just put in the normal amount, then run the engine for a few minutes to fill the oil cooler, then top up. You could measure how much the cooler holds before installing it.
