Good news and BAD news

Post by PHIL069 »

Good News...
I finally have a proper workshop area.
I bought a new toolbox, workbench and shelves.
I spent the last 2 weekends sorting up the garage/shed. Saturday I setup the new equipment and unpacked all my tools and workshop stuff.
Those of you whom have been to my old place in NSW know I used to work on the driveway with my tools in a cardboard box.
Now I have an indoor area to work on the Galant and FTO.

Ahh, that sucks.

Nice work on the garage though.

Hopefully you find another suitable property to rent or even better, one to buy.

Nice and tidy garage. Oh and btw, that is not a proper notice to vacate. They need to give you via one of the legal forms from your State's rental authority.

I agree...It's fucked, sucked and boooooooo'ed

We want to wait till we have lived out a full summer before we purchase a property.
Yes the garage is in my backyard, I will have to find another rental with a garage/shed.

I have seen another property simular to the one we are in now, double garage out back + double carport with roller doors. So it has covered parking right up to the garage.

I have seen one that comes with an inground pool and full sized lit tennis court....but no shed

This one is awesome...3 sheds, the biggest shed with power/water, concrette floor and a mechanics pit. But this property is also for sale :(

Whether the letter is legal or not we will still have to vacate.

That sucks mate. I tell you what, prices in Pt Pirie are bloody cheap for rent.... After looking at places to rent in Adelaide for the past 6 months they are like palaces for that cheaper price... Places like those you listed would be at least $500 a week or more in Adelaide...

Sucks that the bad news comes second! Give us a holler if you need a hand when the time comes.

Then loll'ed that I had set all that up

Thanks for the offer bjk, I will hopefully get help from my work colleagues.
