Manual Conversion - All Components

Post by ObsidianRadio »

As the title states; I'm considering a conversion, and to carry it out in Autumn-Winter this year.

Would anyone:
a) Have what I'm looking for
b) Have a rough price estimate
c) Postage to Adelaide if interstate?

Just gathering information for now so I know how hard I'm going to have to work :)

A clutch would make starting, stopping, and changing gears a little easier.

Well now that we've got what I already know out of the way... Does anyone actually know how much this will cost to get to Adelaide?

The club president did my reco'd box for $1000 inc diff bearings and seals.

Postage cost $150 for Ben to send mine on a small pallet from Sydney to Melbourne. That was from his house to my local depot I'm pretty sure.

Cost me about $120 for my whole conversion kit from Brisbane to Sydney, depot to depot (but that was engine and box)

Are you sure you're on the right forum? :troll:

But probably make your own thread, yes. Bearing in mind even if you find someone who is willing to ship everything for you, the price to get it there is likely to be horrendously expensive.
