G'day everyone

Post by aza013 »

Ok due to not having a lot of time on my hands lately and a lot of things going on with the family, I'm regretfully thinking of selling panda :( .
It's out of rego and there are some things needed to be fixed on it but still a great car.
Things needed to be fixed are.
Rear main seal
Brakes ( I have replacements )
Needs new rubber all 4 corners. ( fronts are ok, back are cooked ( very hard))
It will need to be blue slipped now for rego
Needs a good wash as it has been sitting in the mancave for almost a year lol.

If any one is interested let me know. It comes with all spare part I have ( dstocks fenders back bar factory boot lid and wing and so on).
With all this in consideration and the market for stock fto's :( I was thinking around the 10K. I would have liked to get 15K but these days that would never happen, even with the mods and so on put into the car   .
Again it's not something I want to do but it's more so I have to.
I will still be part of the club and I will get another fto later on when things change.

This is in this thread at this point as its a EOI post. I will add one to the FS area later on.

Sorry to hear mate, and sad to see the panda go. :( Hope things work out for you and hope you can keep the car. The car has an identity which goes as 'aza's panda' :(

Sorry to hear Aza.

Question though, you've done so much for the club, what would you say to a mini DIY day FOR Aza day? I reckon with my compressor & a few lads we could sort that rear main seal & brakes pretty easy... get more for the car fully functional. May also be able to sort you a blue slip over the phone too.

That would be great, thanks
Just need to get some parts and time to do it.

Would it be a one or two day job?
I could get a rms pass to drive it to your place Ben if it makes it easier.

I see no issue with us coming to you aza, ive got a portable compressor and most of my tools are at home anyway, so can bring it all to yours. Your mancave is plenty big enough for us to all work on/drink next to your car. ;)

Sorry to hear that this has come about too mate, you've done far more for the club than you've received, so its about time we had a DIFAza day. :)

Im also sure no one has any objections to leaving you with your labcoat to do the headlights  except maybe the turtle
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

Daniel, as a last resort do you know if you'd be able to borrow your mates car trailer for the bonfire weekend? I'll tow aza's car there if I have to.
