tacho not working

I have a 94 fto and want some one to shead some light on y my tacho is not working

Faulty IFS - Ignition Failure Sensor (this is the most common issue)
or
Bad wiring connection
or
Faulty tacho gauge
or
Faulty cluster
or
Faulty cluster circuit board
or
Faulty ECU

Itll be the Ignition Failure Sensor.
