All Japan Day Pics

Post by bjk »

In a sad turn of events I was not able to be among the great (and some not so great, lol) display of cars for All Japan Day in Adelaide this year. But I took some happy snaps so I reckoned I'd just share some here. Won't post them all up, and I didn't really end up taking that many (which I am beginning to regret not doing, haha), can follow this link for album on facey: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 50833f6f9a

A few of the "interesting" ones as follows.

Award for most environmentally friendly goes to...

Award for most interesting stretch goes to...

Award for how-does-this-not-shred-the-tyre-it-must-be-bagged goes to...
Image

Award for FD RX7 with biggest rims goes to...
Image

Award for most hideously useless fender flares goes to...
Image

Award for most interesting stance goes to...

Image

Award for most resembling the pokemon starters goes to...
Image

Award for most Version R present goes to... (Kiz)
Image

Award for most 69 goes to... (Phil)

And finally, Award for him not present... (myself)

Nice pics bjk :D
Thanks to Kiz for cruising with me and putting up with me for the day :D
I had a great day with the Adelaide guys, car show was fun.
Heaps of photos of my FTO were taken from peoples, but mainly the vinyl and engine bay.
I will post up some pics when I sort them out.

There was quite a bit of stretch represented, but quite a few functional set ups as well. And some drift cars with... Unique body work. there was a notable number of Chasers, silver S15s, a few Galant VR4s, Skylines, MX-5s. Two or three GTRs as well.

Haha, in the MCM video, they focused on your engine bay longer than they did on the GTR!
