So took my FTO in to mechanic to find the oil leak. He says its coming from the cam box seal/join (same as the head?), just under the rocker cover, on the forward part of the engine.

My questions is, can i get to this without having to move the cams and thus not having to do timing belt again? or am i screwed and should just cover it with sikaflex?

Timing belt has to be redone. Cams need to come out.

It might be leaking, but it wont be leaking much. Just keep an eye on it.
