Delivery problems with RPW Perth

Post by Herron »

I purchased upper and lower radiator hoses from RPW about 3 weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet. When I called they will not tell me anything about the order or its status. I have called 3 times and still no information. Has anyone had experience with them? I'm probably going to dispute the purchase with Paypal tonight.

Well its been three weeks and I need to get them replaced because ones leaking. When I call asking about the order, they either say they have no idea if they have them in stock or if they've sent it, or that the person who does know is busy and will return the call, however I've called three times and still no reply.
