Best suspension setup

So i've had a quick look through this http://ftoaustralia.com/v3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5944 , but has anyone come up with a good setup of camber/height/alignment with coilovers? and what kind of figures will I be able to pass on to my mechanic to get my car setup for better handling
