Ive been pulled over a few times even with a carbon wrapped bonnet and nobody has asked me to open it.

Just pass the attitude test and you'll be right.

Dunno, I didn't wrap it. Previous owner (rock_it) had it done by Carbon Demon.

Youll need a heat gun.Buy good quality Vinyl and make sure you clean the plastic properly before applying. The plastic has quitea bit of oilin it and youll need to get rid of as much as possible off the surface before it goes on.

Dstock I looked at your thread not long ago and on the inside with the vinyl you've pretty much done what I was hoping to do!
And from what you just Saud I don't I'll attempt it as it seemed a lot more complex than I thought it would be HaHa

Hairdryer may well work as well. Depends how hot it gets. You need it to get the vinylhot enough so it stretches around the item you are trying to wrap.

I just did my broken centre console recently with a cheapo 10$ vinyl. Didn't prep or clean the surface and it turned out below average haha. I found that the breaks, regardless of being glued together still showed and because the wrap was cheap it had a hard time sticking, especially after being heated and stretched. I'd definantly listen to Dstocks and buy some good quality stuff.

Just for those that wanted to see my white one which was stuck out in the wilderness but have gathered enough money to tow it back to mine. It is now my parts car for my black FTO.
