Hurricane mufflers?

Post by Herron »

So I've been calling around trying to find a place to do a muffler job and basically landed on liverpool exhaust. They've said $400 for stainless steel piping and mandrel bends with a Hurricane muffler. Has any one got one or heard one on a FTO? I'm interested in what kind of note it would make while cruising and revving out.
Also if any one knows a better brand which could be done for around the same price, feel free to share :).

Mines a redback stainless muffler on a 2.25 catback, not loud when cruising but sounds real nice when shes opened up a bit ;)

Mehh, most mufflers sound the same. just run 2 resonaters and that muffler with a 2.5 inch piping all the way so you dont get rasp and thatll be optimum for performance. and then upgrade from there would be high flow cat and extractors

Got any videos c0n? Castle hill exhaust quoted $250 for mild steel and a red back exhaust. not sure how much extra stainless would cost.
