Spark PLug code for GR

i was searching on the forum and couldn't find it, but most likely as im a noob at searching.

i did however find this not sure if its the right code for a GR
NGK Platinum (PFR7M)

i cant be bothered pulling my plug out to check so hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction.
also read on gpxs that the rear plugs may be different to the front? as i have a gr not sure if its the same or not?
