Nope - check those claimed VINs in Mitsi database and you'll see the PNC codes do not produce the 'Nakaya' parts. Indeed, the 'Nakaya' parts in the kit did NOT have Mitsi parts codes assigned. As I said, it was a limited production for dealership to 'bolt on' to preface models - and doubtless part of a marketing strategy to shift that stock prior to Facelift launch...
(It was also a bit of a 'Japanese move' to use Nakaya in similar manner to UK's Andrew Cowan, who at the time was 'creator' of Ralliart and developer of their EVOs... later to sell out the brand in full to Mitsi in '98)
