Hey guys,

Thinking of upgrading my headlights.
These ones i found are for a 94-97 but in 97 there was a facelift and Sometimes fittings are changed.

Can anyone confirm if these will fit a 95?

If the headlights are designed for a 94-97, then they are for your 95.
If they were for a facelift version they would be for a 97-2000.

Shouldn't it be listed as 94-96 then? I just don't trust eBay random people's knowledge cause ill be pretty annoyed if I bought them and they didn't fit

No.

The FTO pre facelift is 94-97
The FTO facelift is 97-2000.

The change was midyear 97.

400 not inc post. My dad still isn't convinced they 100% gonna fit, I don't know how else u can establish that confidence short of having the pair to try

The only difference in the pre facelift and facelift is the parker globe (1 with/1 without) and maybe HID/regular globe.
The mounting points and shape is exactly the same.

Post up a link to the eBay page.

Hey stranger....

Yeah post up link and we can double check. What's wrong with your headlights at the moment? If theyre just dirty and the clear coat stuff on the top is peeling then they can be cleaned up for basically next to nothing.

They will definitely fit, but whether or not the parkers are in the right spot is a different story.

polishing your current ones, and putting in better bulbs will make a big difference, there shouldn't be a need to buy new headlights.

I polished mine and put in some 50W HIDs (Legal here in NZ) and I hardly touch my high beams any more :D

This^

+ the ones you posted are HID lights.
A lot of members use them but they are a possible defect/cop magnet.

The stock FTO bulbs are extremely dull, you're better off upgrading to a brighter globe and purchasing a $50 headlight restore kit to get them nice and shiny.
