Seen a few times now. heading toward Mount View way.
Spotted today around 2:20 passing the show grounds.

Nah, the one I saw wasn't a P plater. This was about 6 months ago though.

Yeah, red p plater, yellow license plates. has some gun metal gray or bronze coloured rims.
