Hi guys, i wanna change the fuel filter on my GPX recently. I have read some post on it and had a look on my car.
I found that the bottom nut is pretty tide on my car, and here is my question.. may be silly to ask..
Do I really need to use two spanners to undo the bottom nut? there is not much room behind the manifold for me to use two spanners.
if so, do I twisting the fuel line nut while holding the fuel filter nut or,
do i start twisting the fuel filter nut while holding the fuel line nut.
Thank you

Re: Fuel Filter Question
You don't need to use two spanners, but you should be using a flare nut/brake line spanner to undo the botto nut as it is easy to round off with a regular spanner.

Re: Fuel Filter Question
Thank you Vectose, so I just need to undo the bottom by twisting the fuel line nut? I just too afraid that i would destroy the fuel line if i used too much strength on it.

Re: Fuel Filter Question
It does take a bit of force to undo it. But regular spanners can damage the nut, which is not easily replaceable.
