Help with sub in a box (ENAB1100)

I have a fusion sub in a box (has the sub and amp altogether in a box) and all I need to do is do the wiring.
I wired everything and it worked perfectly fine for a week and it suddenly stopped working. I checked and found that the fuse was blown. After replacing many fuses and coming to a conclusion there was a problem with the sub itself, I took it back and they sent it back to fusion and I received it today and it says nothinf is wrong with it and I may be grounding it wrong. I tried a different ground and now the fuse doesn't blow and I am getting power again however I get no sound. All wires are in properly. Switch light doesn't come on either.

TLDR: My sub worked before but stopped working, I'm getting powet but no sound. Fusion says everything's fine with it.

Anyone know what may be the problem?
All help would be appreciated.

Shorting something out. Pinched wire. sh*t solder/connection somewhere. Bad earth. Wrong wire used.

Figured it out, had bad earth connection as it wasn't tightened enough.
