Have cracks, no noises or clunks yet, is this a major replacement item?

Should I go for these rubber ones or the tein metal plate ones? (Super expensive)

What does the tein ones offer handling wise? Does it also add harshness to the ride quality?

I had to replace mine for my roadworthy, I just got them from bursons, would be about the same price and you get them in a day or 2.
