How easy to swap LSD from one auto box to another?

How easy to swap LSD from one auto box to another?
How much of a job is it to remove the LSD from a Tip box and then refit to a different Tip box? (Ben?)

Ben doesn't do slush boxes... but it's a pain in the arse! I'm sure after the first 5 goes it'll get easier

Pulled one apart, and yes it was a massive pain in the ass. Has to be shimmed going back in.
