Yep the fronts are coming back off so he can take it for arches rolling.
And he better avoid the cops too as they stick out like a dune buggy!

They shouldn't be as bad on the rear if you set a bit of negative camber, but yeah, fronts will poke a bit!

On the fronts the rear of the tyre is catching on the inner arch on a bit that sticks out, he's got the plastic liners off.
Will this get rolled too or do I need to get the hammer out? (I really don't have a clue)

Ah, that metal seam? Yeah, that'll need a Bennoz (lump) hammer. Or if you feel adventurous you can grind it out and weld it up. Failing that, you can get a suspension bushing, anti-lift kit I think, that moves the front wheels forward a bit. Or next time you need tyres drop to a 225/45, 235/40, 215/45 (bit of stretch there though). Obviously the 235/45 which is what I assume you got is the cheaper option.

I've chopped and hammered that metal seam at the front and for the rears rolled them by hand with the trolley jack bar, feels a lot better.
Haven't been out in it yet to check as we have one of the skirts off fixing that up (it had been bogged on badly by previous owner so we're cleaning it up and respraying it).

Thinking of getting some new wheels for mine now as they do look so much better, won't be going for this size though as 9" wide is too much for me, will be looking for a 17 x 8.5 and a put 215 45 or 40 tyre on it, not sure on offset though as I don't want them sticking out at all just to the edge/slightly in would be fine.

Around a +30 offset would likely be what you're after, maybe a little more. Should be easy enough to find things in that sizing.
