Got the kit from Cobra Transmissions to redo my f5m42 box. It turns out the output shaft bearing which goes in the clutch assembly casing is different from what's in the kit. Anyone had this problem?

Will get pics when I get to the shop. I'm wondering if the put wrong bearing in the wrong olace or if it has an race. I don't know but I'll find out when I see it.

Called the shop just now and was told that someone was trying to put in the incorrect bearing  . It's sorted now. Do you guys get the diff bearing spacers easily? I suspect my local dealer won't even know what I'm talking about even with the numbers.

Of course they know. I got a few thrust bearings, selective steel plates, selective thrust washers from them.
