95 fto when warm jolts and splutters wont go over 5rpm

hi there
ive bort a 95 fto gpx its a great lookiing car
but when it warms up it starts carrying on spluttering and coughing
and wont go over 5000 rpm ive changed leads spark plugs and coils
and still it doig the same thing it feels like its in a limp mode as it wont go into mivec
as well ive checked the alternator as i read the wrong alternater puts the car into limp mode
im at a loss to why the car is doing what it does once its warmed up if any one can help me in the right direction
i would be very appreciative because as you all might know these cars can be very expensive to fix and i dont want to be chasing my tail
also when the car does this coughing and splutering it also jumps gear go from 4th back to second

yeah mate ive changed coil packs brand new leads and plugs

Have you changed the fuel filter?

Also,couldit be dirty fuel. Partially clogged injector maybe

Fuel isn't an issue done the fuel filters
Was goin to try injector cleaner today

Have you replaced/checked the plugs as well. Firstly as one may be breaking down, but also because it may be covered in crap.

Yes changed spark plugs ,leads and coil packs

Yeah that was the first thing I did before I changed the leads plugs and coil packs
No codes came up no engine lights or warning lights
I can try the cat but if it was the cat it would be all the time not just when it
Warms up
