Input shaft speed sensor

Post by onnzo »

Hey guys,
Ive tried removing and tweaking the input shaft speed sensor (tweaking = twisting the pins) but I still go into limp mode.

Does anyone have the part number and price for this item?

I have read the codes and am consistently getting tranny error code 22

Its for a 94 4sp Tiptronic GR

Michael

Im located in Vic if anyone can help me out :)

Hey guys,
I just called mitsubishi in VIC for this part. (MD 759163)

They list a new part number MR567292 and it is $221 ex adelaide!

Does anyone know where I can get one cheaper in OZ?

Smorrison suggested I call Unique Autosports in NSW which ill do now...

I noticed in another post that someone paid only $117

You should try kempy’s in NZ , they have good prices and don’t take very long to deliver.

Alright guys,
I just put in my order through Kempy's... it'll be about $165aud delivered...

I must say their service is great! I get a return email within an hour normally! (during business hours)

Just need to wait for it to arrive now.

For teh archives - if anyone needs one in the future - Kempy's is the cheapest taht i've found.

I just got my speed sensor last week

Depending on the year, there are 3 and 4 pins sensors. Check which one you need!

Kempy's can help with either...

The 4 pin sensor is cheaper ($108aud) 3 weeks ex japan
From kempys, price is similar but it is avaliable immediately (about 6 days to post to oz)
