Was thinking of getting front and rear strut bars. How much of a difference have you guys noticed with suspension?

You'll notice a bigger difference with the rear one rather than the front one.
I fix cars.

This. Tightens up the front end, more grip before tyres give out.

I have a front one if you want it. ;)

Both front and rear are an awesome upgrade.
