Rattling at 200rpm

So my fto has this light sounding rattle at 2000rpm it happens in every gear not in neutral though. its a real light flimsy ratting sound like a rattle snake tail but really quiet. Anybody have any ideas?

Probably exhaust joint vibrating, according to my dartboard.

... or vibration of the exhaust heatshield. Check it hasn't found it's way to touching the exhaust itself

At 200rpm I would say everything would be shacking and ratelling. As it would be stalling out.

Yep, dartboard heat shield. I'm going with cat converter though.
