Driver side wing mirror

auto fold up... but won't fold back out again (while the passenger side does)...
any ideas if this is a quick/easy fix or a replace?

Thanks ... I am half way through surgery... Trying to get it back together and there is no way in hell I can get the circuit board back on to the nylon round seat... Am I missing something? Ouch!

it really was the only way i could get it on... me and glenn tried for 45 minutes... gentle pressure... hard knock... one edge first.... nothing worked... no idea what i did wrong...
