Taking front aftermarket bar off

Hey! Is there a thread anywhere on step by step how to take off your front bumper? Mines a aftermarket one so idk if they are bolted/screwed on differently.

Yes.
http://www.completefto.com.au/ Has heaps of guides, or use the search function.
Likely no different, should be obvious what bolts are holding it on if any extra.
