They're not a bad exhaust, obnoxiously loud I've heard but perfect for p platers I guess

stock they are 147 at the crank, they're now 20+ year old cars, so will have lost a lot, 90KW at the wheels right now wouldn't be surprising at all.

Even with a properly designed intake pipe, full 2.5 mandrel bent exhaust including extractors and low kms on a looked after engine you will be making 120kw MAX at the wheels on a stock ecu.

Stock will be 90-100kw

Yeah but it doesn't take much to figure out that $60 is pretty cheap even if it has a few dings or whatever, hence the tangential convo.
