Sun roof help -.-

My sunroof used to close now it makes it about 15cm from closing stops then goes back about 5cm -.- any ideas? I don't think it's anything in the rail but i could be wrong

Something is stuck in the rails. Part of the mechanism can come loose and catch about a third of the way from the front of the rails.
I was going to do a DIY for the repair of this issue on my car years ago, but when I went outside to take some pictures for it the problem went away and never occurred again.

Clean it up and use some dry lube on the rails
