So my GR is playing up, occasionally while driving itll feel like the engine is holding back and the car wont push as hard as usual

And sometimes i even get a bit of backfire and hear a pop

Somedays though the car feels normal and i wont have any issues

Any help on this would be appreciated

Coil packs probably, check at night time with the cover off. You might see small blue sparks. Or when it's doing it try taking a plug off each one to see if there's no difference.
