I did a search and not found anything definite, one thread saying it should weigh 180 - 200kg, anyone know the actual?
Need it for freight quotes.

Cheers,
Rob

It definitely weighs more than 100-120kg.
All alloys I4 engines weigh more than that.

I believe the 4G92 MIVEC was around 150kg or so (not confirmed) so the V6 would be a fair bit more.

I sent Mitsubishi Motors Australia an enquiry and they sent it across to Japan (apparently) but have now drawn a blank:

Please be advised that unfortunately we are no longer able to provide weight information as Mitsubishi Motors Corporation no longer stock these items and replacement engine weights were not recorded.

MMAL trust the above is of assistance.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Go with 180KG for the freight?

Just under declare it and then they weigh it and charge you the difference that's what I did all the time

Ok good idea, better than over declaring I suppose.
